E.1027 - Eileen Gray and the House by the Sea

Oct 14, 2024, 8.30 PM @ Tresor Globus

Event language: English

Located in the Heizkraftwerk Berlin-Mitte, Tresor is one of the world’s most iconic techno clubs that has hosted countless DJs and parties. In this setting defined by its distinctive architecture, we are hosting an exclusive screening of the film E.1027 - Eileen Gray and the House by the Sea. Directed by Beatrice Minger and Christoph Schaub, the film tells the fascinating story of the Irish architect Eileen Gray and her battle with another artist over the ownership of her own creation. Following the film screening, there will be a Q&A with Beatrice Minger and actress Natalie Radmall-Quirke, followed by a music set by Impérieux. Emerging from Bulgaria’s underground, Impérieux is carving a unique path through the techno, house, and halftime worlds. With tracks quietly slipping into sets by tastemakers like KiNK, Ben UFO, Leon Vynehall, and TSVI, his presence is undeniable yet understated. Releases on Sofia Records, Pampa Records, and a recent remix for UNKLE hint at his steady rise. Spinning at intimate yet iconic venues like E1-London, Zukunft-Zürich, Zorlu PSM-Istanbul, and StereoBar-Montreal, Impérieux is becoming a name you catch just before everyone else does.
