Millions of grasshoppers swarm deep in the forests of Uganda to mate. A group of young men waits at the edges of fields and forests to catch the insects, as the elusive grasshoppers are considered a special delicacy. To achieve their goal, the men carry massive generators and chemically treated light bulbs to the forest’s edge, battling exhaustion and injury.
