Barbara Janišová Feglová
Barbara Janišová Feglová is a Slovak film producer and founder of HITCHHIKER Cinema, focusing on auteur-driven films with strong social themes. Her work includes award-winning documentaries such as Lines and Ms. President. A Ji.hlava Emerging Producer alumna, she is active in education and industry initiatives, including the Slovak Documentary Film Association and CHARACTER – Film Development Association.

Madalina Rosca
Madalina Rosca is a documentary maker and activist. At the age of 18 that she started her career as a host for the National Television of Romania and quickly move from being an anchor to becoming a director, camera operator, editor and producer. She studied film in Bucharest, London and Berlin, and holds a PhD from Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich, for her work "Seeing with Feeling" on documenting revolutions around the world.
