This February 14th, let’s celebrate more than just love—let’s honor our passion for the creative forces that shape our world: film, architecture, and design.

At LIVING BERLIN we will feature a curated selection of outstanding international short films that explore design, architecture, and the profound questions of home.

Between February 14 - 22 we invite you to step into a space where cinema meets creativity, and together, let’s discover how architecture and design influence the way we see and experience the world around us.

Invitation - Grand Opening

Are you ready for an evening of drinks, music and celebration? Are you ready to fall in love with architecture again?
Then join us on February 14, 2025 for the Vernissage of LIVING FRAMES and Bubbles and Beats. 5 - 9 pm at LIVING BERLIN.

Register here!

Architecture shapes not just the physical spaces we inhabit, but also the way we experience the world around us. It is the framework within which our lives unfold, influencing how we feel, move, and interact with our environment.

From February 14–22, perfectly in time for the Berlinale, we open our doors to Living Frames for you! An immersive showcase we have created in collaboration with fantastic partners, delving into the delicate and profound relationship between architecture, design, and the human body.

In four thoughtfully curated spaces, we invite you to step into a world where film reveals new perspectives on our built environment. In collaboration with NOWNESS, Architectuul, Achtung Berlin Film Festival, and the Silver Frame Festival, we will be showcasing short films that uncover hidden stories.

The Berlin-based author and artist Thomas Platt reframes the films through his collages—poetic observations of the city that bring the urban landscape directly into the space.

Architects in Love – A Passion for Spaces

In collaboration with Architectuul, this curation is a journey into the heart of Berlin's architecture, not through perfection, but through the stories these buildings tell. Four architects take us on a personal exploration of their favorite spaces, highlighting unsung icons where architecture is less about grandeur and more about life itself.

Join us for an inspiring journey through the worlds of architecture, design, and film. Let’s celebrate the spaces that shape us, and the stories that live within them.
