Join Dokumentale as a volunteer and immerse yourself in a vibrant community of film lovers and creators. Volunteering isn’t just about helping out—it’s about connecting with passionate people and contributing to an event that celebrates the best in non-fiction storytelling. You’ll gain hands-on experience, make lasting friendships, and support a mission dedicated to creativity and global stories.

Join us to make this year’s festival unforgettable!

Last year, we had an incredible team of volunteers—without them, the festival simply wouldn’t have been possible. We are beyond grateful for their dedication and passion!

Getting a behind-the-scenes look at a film festival for the first time was exciting and so much fun.
